My Godaddy Testimony

Godaddy are the company I used to went with in order to get this website online.

Why Godaddy are far, far better than the web hosting I was using previously...

I don't claim to have alot of experience with using other companies, but I was previously using easyspace for years and have had no end of problems with them. They have - on several occasions - tried to charge me for ridiculous things that come as a standard with godaddy... (databases etc...) They are the sort of company that take advantage of a beginner, offer an incredibly inflexible service where you need rely on them to do things for you, and then they charge you wherever possible for anything they think they can get away with. The prices seem alright initially but then the next year they charge you through the roof if you don't want the upheaval of transfering your webfiles elsewhere. (Oh and they'll charge you for transferal aswell!) They also once cancelled a service without bothering to inform me and I ended up losing a valuable customer database I had stored online which had taken me years to build up!!! I was very angry that day!

With Godaddy however, I have no complaints. I've been using them for a few years now and I don't have anything bad to say about them. Godaddy are quite a large, well known company from what I can gather, (The World's Largest Registrar - GoDaddy.com apparently!)but their customer communication and support is nevertheless - pretty good. They respond to my questions quickly. As mentioned earlier, they are constantly offering deals which make the prices very reasonable. Customer loyalty does actually seem to exist with them and they don't charge you more each year. I know personally of two professional web designers - One who recomended Godaddy to me in the first place and another upcoming web designer who also uses Godaddy. All in all I am quite satisfied with their services.

I am now a Godaddy affiliate. It's nothing all that fancy. You can become a godaddy affiliate simply by using their services and being a customer. But it I am happy to reccomend Godaddy to other people and promote their services on this page as much as I would also reccomend them to a personal friend in non-cyber life.

So are Godaddy any good then? I would say so.
